Most orders will be shipped within 10 working days. Delivery time can vary from 2 to 7 days from shipping date, except Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We can not ship to Post Office boxes, APO and FPO addresses. If you need your order more quickly, call for next day air rates. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may be additional. We will contact you if needed.
Orders for products on backorder may be treated as reservations for those products and credit cards will be charged to retain the order's position in the queue. We will contact you by email should a backorder occur with an estimated delivery date.
All orders are shipped UPS ground.
Any additional shipping charges incurred due to incorrect address information are subject to payment from the customer.
Any Canadian delivery surcharges and custom duties are the customer’s responsibility.
Cancellation Policy
You may change or modify your order at any point during the online ordering process. Once an order has been placed and has gone to the ship status we cannot cancel, add or subtract from the existing order.
Orders that have any items personalization such as engraving or embroidery can not be cancelled at any time. Once a personalized order has been placed we send it through for processing immediately and are unable to cancel these orders. We are not responsible for customer submitted misspellings; the order will be processed exactly how it is entered.
If an item is on backorder and not in ship status (can not be a personalized item) please contact us at our customer service at 605-886-0890 to cancel the order. A credit will be put on your credit card from Dakota Giftware Supply Inc.
Return Policy
Our products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed for 3 days. If you are not completely satisfied with your order call us for a return number (RMA). Please have your invoice ready so we can obtain the information required to process your return. A refund in the form of a credit to your credit card, minus any shipping and handling charges, will be processed within five days of the return.
Return requirements:
Request for RMA# is within 3 days of delivery date of merchandise.
RMA# is clearly posted on the outside of the shipment packaging.
All items are in their original packaging. Shoes can NOT have any scuff marks or toe prints (when trying on shoes please use stockings and walk on carpeting). Apparel must be unworn and unwashed, with all original labels and tags attached. Any items that we deem not meeting these requirements will not be accepted for return and no credit will be given. Engraved, personalized or custom merchandise is NOT returnable.
Copy of your invoice enclosed with the merchandise.
The return package has been postmarked and shipped within 7 days of RMA#.
Please thoroughly inspect the merchandise that you have received for any discrepancies or damage, and notify us within 3 days of any problems with your order.
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. Packages returned without an RMA# will be refused and reshipment will be charged to you at the current UPS shipping rate.
