Tom & Susi Styles For Children offers the following Returns Policy:

The Website does not keep track of inventory. Some items may be sold out or not in stock. Store Credit or Exchange w/in 10 days, less shipping charges.
Purchaser is responsible for shipping charges on exchanges.
In order to be properly credited on returns please email us at info@tomandsusi.com with a request for a return authorization number and whether you want an exchange or store credit.
Store Credits can be used for purchases in-store or online.
Store Credits are valid for One year and are not transferrable.
The return authorization number should be marked on the outside of your package, include a copy of the receipt and have the item returned in its original condition with its original tag attached and/or packaging.
If you do not obtain a return authorization or if it is not visible on the package, the package will be refused and bounced back to you.
If the item does not have its tags attached or if the item has been washed or shows obvious evidence of wear no credit or exchange will be given.
We will gladly accept returns at our local store in Woodbury, so long as the item meets the necessary requirements i.e. not worn, original tags, w/in 10 days of receipt, etc...
