DESIGN FEES: We request a 25-50% deposit before we begin working on a new project. We've found that clients take their projects more seriously when they make an investment in it from the beginning.
The remaining cost will be invoiced to your account as the project nears completion. Your quick payment of an invoice is kindly appreciated.
If you decide to terminate a project before it is complete, your deposit will not be refunded. However, you may return to your project at any time in the future, and we will credit your deposit to the final invoice.
ORDERS: If you make your initial payment before we talk we will have a Service Representative contact you to begin processing your order. You may have already talked with a rep. Go ahead and purchase the services that have been discussed through our shopping cart.
INVOICES: Perhaps you are paying from an invoice that you have already received from us. Look under the INVOICE category to the left to find your invoice(s). Send it to the shopping cart and follow the procedures for check out.
