Steps for Returning Merchandise - Please call 1-866-616-7842 for a return authroization/RMA number.
- Be sure to include a copy of the receipt and completed return form telling us exactly what you want us to do, whether it be for an exchange or refund.
- We are willing to work with you in the best possible way to make sure your return is quick and simple. However, we at comfort 4U cannot take back items that are damaged by the customer, worn by the customer, or have a distinct oder that will prevent us from reselling the item.
