Return and Exchange Policy: Please call us before shipping any products back to us,

You don't like it, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days.

Products must be in new, unused, unwashed condition, within the original packaging.

Unfortunately, personalized items, shipping costs, and sale items cannot be refunded unless there was an error on our end.

If you receive the wrong item or an item that is defective we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Exchanges will be ground shipped to you free of charge.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless it was an error on our end.

Upon arrival at Coleman Group Products, LLC warehouse all returned items will go through our inspection process.

Expect to receive the refund within four weeks from shipping your return to Coleman Group Products, LLC

You will receive a refund in the form of payment that you used. Gifts: If you receive a gift that you do not like, we will be happy to offer you an exchange for the exact same item, but better suited to your taste.

No cash refunds will be given except to the person who purchased the gift.
