Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: There are NO shipping charges to anywhere in the United States. This includes Alaska and Hawaii! Q: What about Canadian orders? A: Please contact Paddi at http://www.canadiantack.com She'll be more than happy to get a No-Sweat to you! Note: Additional Dealers are being set up in Australia, New Zealand, and throughout Europe. Until we're all set up, please e-mail us for your No-Sweat needs!
