If you'd like to return your Dixie Midnight No-Sweat vent pad within 30 days of your purchase from Dixie Midnight,(for ANY reason) and you haven't trimmed or cut your No-Sweat, just call us on the Toll-Free line at 1-888-287-6716 and you'll get a cheerful, no-nonsense refund!

If, for WHATEVER reason, your No-Sweat vent pad fails to keep your saddle pad clean and dry, and/or your horse's back cooler, at ANY time after your purchase, yes, ANY time, call us on the Toll-Free line (1-888-287-6716) and you may have, at your option, your purchase price refunded or a brand-new No-Sweat sent to you at no charge.  Even if you've trimmed it to fit your saddle pad.
