Frequently Asked Questions Q:Do you combine shipping? A:Yes, I will be happy to combine shipping for you. I can't give you an accurate quote without your zip code. The shipping calculator is pretty accurate for most items. The cost will depend on the combined weight of the items & the zip code. Q:Smoke-Free? Pet-Free? A:NO & NO!!! Any item that was originally in my internet cafe could have a smokey odor. Smoking & incense were always allowed & these items may have been affected. I smoke & inherited my husband's cat when he died. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER if you feel you will have an issue with either of these conditions. Q:What does "store stock" mean? A:I owned an internet cafe for 3 years. When I closed the doors I had many retail items left on the shelves. Most of these were the last of my store stock. No money refunds or exchanges will be offered. Q:Do you ship internationally? A:I actively ship to Canada & Puerto Rico. I will consider shipping elsewhere. Please email me with inquiries. Q:What type of payment do you accept? A:Payment options: PayPal (instant payment or Echeck), Cashier's check, Money Order, NO CASH or PERSONAL CHECKS. Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
