Windy City Cyber Cafe offers the following Returns Policy:  If a NEW item does not meet your approval...credit will be given for merchandise cost only. Credit will not be honored until item has been returned & received...after all--if the item is defective I will need to have it in order to take the defect to the manufacturer.
