You can relax and shop with confidence knowing that we stand behind every product we sell. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your product within 21 days for a full refund or credit. An authorization number is required for returns. You may obtain this by calling 1-800-575-8940. Returned products must be received in their original condition.
 
PLEASE NOTE: All Murano items must have original seals and stickers intact to be accepted as returns. We are not able to sell a product as Murano without this documentation. For this reason, please do not remove a seal or sticker from Murano Art, until you decide to keep it. Thank you for your understanding.
