Our Return Policy

         We hope your order works out well for you.  However if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (less the shipping costs) or exchange.  Please allow transit time.  After 14 days of receipt, the item is considered a final sale.

          All items must be returned in original, unwashed, unused condition with manufacturer tags attached to the item.  Include a copy of the invoice with your return and underline the item you are returning.  In order to improve our store and products, please jot us a note telling us why you are returning the item.  This information is important to us.  

          Please understand we do not refund incurred shipping charges.  We recommend using delivery confirmation or any other form of online tracking when returning your item.  We will not be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be traced.   

           Once we receive your return, we will refund your credit card.  We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.  Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately 4-7 business days to reflect this transaction.

Exchanges

          If you would rather have an exchange of your item, please email us at recurrentdreams@msn.com or call us at 562-597-8500 to arrange for an exchange.  Once we receive your item for exchange, we will send your new order.  A flat rate shipping charge of $4.00 (domestic orders only) will apply to exchanges.  

Exceptions 

          Please understand that we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale merchandise or books.  

Can I return a gift?

         Gifts may be returned for store credit (or exchange) within 14 days of receiving the order. The item(s) must arrive back to Recurrent Dreams Baby Boutique within 14 days (including transit time) of receiving the gift item.  Please email us at recurrentdreams@msn.com or call us at 562-597-8500 to make arrangements.  Once we receive your item, we will issue a store credit; or send you your exchange item(s).    

        During the Holiday season, are return policy has been extended.  Items purchased between Nov 23, 2007 and December 22, 2007 may be returned before January 4th, 2008.
