Standard Top Plate: Replacement top plate that come standard on all Techmounts. A good choice for a variety of small accessories such as cell phones, pagers, change holders, PDAs, small handheldGPS, toll transponders, etc. Standard top plates come with one of two pre-drilled hole patterns. One for Stem Mounts (pivot systems) that has (8) small countersunk holes or all other Mounting Systems (ball/socket) that has (3) larger countersunk holes.
