Step up to the unequaled quality and fit of an AR15 lower receiver that is 100% CNC machined from a solid piece of the best quality 6061 T651 Aircraft Grade Aluminum available! The fact is that 99% of all available AR15 rifles today have “forged lower receivers”. The forging process begins with molten aluminum alloy being poured into a cast, pressed into shape, and then allowed to cool. As the alloy cools, the shrinkage is not uniform and inconsistencies will form between casts. As a result of these inconsistencies, no one set of tooling can be created with close tolerances to hold these forgings in place while the CNC machine mill the final product. The final product will suffer intolerances when fitted to a milled upper receiver of good quality.
BMG Raptor AR15 lowers receivers are milled out of the highest quality U.S. Made 6061 T651 Aluminum Alloy in bar form. To maintain consistency during the manufacturing process, BMG purposely leaves the bar stock intact until all the specified drillings are completed in order to achieve the closest tolerances, and to reduce the unnecessary handling by human hands. Incongruence between parts can be greatly avoided by the less handling of human hands. Although the most advanced CNC machines can achieve great tolerances, human hands cannot. At BMG, the goal is not to find ways to make lower receivers less expensive, but rather to make them better quality and more reliable. Better takes more time, costs just a bit more, and provides vastly superior fit and functionality as compared to many forged lower receivers on the market today.
The item offered here is a brand new BMG Raptor CNC machined stripped lower receiver in .223 / 5.56 mm caliber - rifle receiver Each BMG lower receiver is individually wrapped in a box, and it is even wrapped in specially treated heavy stock paper within the box. Written specifications are also included in each box. BMG lower receivers exceed mil specs.

We can install a lower parts kit for you if you like, before we ship your receiver. We can fully comply with California requiremenrs for shipped AR type receivers, and we know exactly what to do, based upon experience.
This item can only be shipped to another licensed FFL dealer. You can place your online order now, but you will have to get a local dealer to send or fax a signed "purchase copy" to MREguns before your lower receiver can be shipped. You do the necessary paperwork with your local dealer when the item arrives.
