Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I get the following message when trying to add an item to my shopping cart: "The following fields are required or are invalid:  Item you're trying to order (0 Available)"  What does it mean?
A: The "0 Available" means we're currently out-of-stock on this item. Please try to order again in the near future.

Q: Why am I not seeing my 15% Team Sport Beans/NTTC discount?
A: You will not see the discount until you reach the final step of checkout.  Here, you will see a display of your proposed invoice reflecting the discount and have a final chance to accept or reject the order.  Prior to reaching this step, you will have been asked to enter your "Promotion Code." Be sure to enter the current Club Team promotion code in order to receive your 15% discount.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service page and type in your order confirmation number. Then just click "Go" to view the order status.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
