Lost your password?
You will be charged a $10 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our store or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information that you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number, you will be charged the $10 fee that the shipping company charges us for this correction and redirection of your package.
UPS and USPS charge shippers for the return of undeliverable packages, including - but not limited to - refused packages and those where three delivery attempts were unsuccessful. If your package is returned to us for any of these reasons, you will be responsible for both Shipping and Return charges. I
