Q: When I try to checkout, I receive an error message telling me that my shopping cart is empty. Why can't I get the shopping cart to work?
A: The reason the shopping cart won't work for you is probably because you have your browser set to reject cookies.

All Internet shopping carts work fundamentally the same way whether from Amazon.com or Home Health Testing; they place a temporary cookie (called a session cookie) in your computer to keep track of the items you are placing in your shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, the cookie goes away.

To adjust your cookie settings, do the following:

If you are using Internet Explorer as your browser, click on "tools" in the top right hand corner and then select options. Select the privacy tab then push the advanced button. Put a check in the box "override automatic cookie handling", accept first-party cookies, accept third-party cookies and put a check in the box "always allow session cookies". Click OK then OK again to exit.

If you are using Firefox as your browser, click on "tools" at the top of the page and then select options. Select the privacy tab then put a check in the box "accept cookies from sites". Click OK to exit.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: We offer Federal Express Ground shipping but quicker Fed Ex shipping options are available to you. Your final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Fed Ex Ground usually runs in the $10 range.

Q: How do I know that your tests work?
A: All of the tests that we sell are approved by the FDA.

Q: How long have you been in business?
A: We started business in 1995. We are members of the Better Business Bureau of Central Florida and members of the Greater Melbourne Chamber of Commerce.

Q: How quickly can I obtain my order?
A: All orders received by 5 p.m. (east coast time) are shipped the same day. We use Federal Express exclusively; Fed Ex Ground is delivered in 3 to 5 days; Fed Ex Overnight is delivered the next day.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: You will receive a Federal Express tracking number by email when your order is shipped.

Q: Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
A: We are sorry but the United States Post Office will not allow Federal Express to deliver to a P.O. Box. Fed Ex will deliver to any physical address in the country even if the Post Office will not.

Q: What are my payment options?
A: We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards; PayPal; and check or money orders.

Q: Is it safe to use a credit card on the Internet?
A: We use 128 bit encryption technology to ensure the protection of your order.

Despite what you read in the newspapers, credit card fraud on the Internet is fairly rare; most credit fraud is perpetrated by someone you know.

Also, by federal law you cannot be held liable for more than $50 if your credit card information is stolen. Most major credit card companies waive the $50.
